Alassio Grey is an independent online clothing store created for women who value timeless style, everyday comfort and pieces that feel as good as they look.


WHAT WE DO

We carefully select clothing designed to fit naturally into real life. Not pieces that sit in a wardrobe waiting for an occasion, but the ones you reach for on an ordinary Tuesday and still reach for a year later.

We keep the range deliberately tight. It is easier to get a small, well-chosen edit right than to fill a catalogue with hundreds of items nobody has time to assess properly.


THE HARDEST PART OF BUYING CLOTHES ONLINE

Is not knowing whether they will fit. We know, so we built the shop around it.

Our Size Guide gives real measurements in inches and centimetres, not just a letter on a label. And if you still get it wrong, we pay the return shipping, every time, without argument.

NO SURPRISES AT THE DOOR

The most common complaint about buying from an unfamiliar store is the charge nobody mentioned. A customs bill on delivery. A shipping fee that appears at the last step.

We removed both. Delivery is free on every order, to the United States and the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. And we cover every duty and import charge ourselves, so nothing is payable on arrival.

The total you approve at checkout is the total you pay. That is the whole arrangement.

Straight answers before you buy. Real delivery times, real prices, conditions written plainly rather than buried in small print. If something has a condition attached, we say so.

Someone there afterwards. If a parcel is late, if something arrives faulty, or if a piece simply is not what you hoped for, tell us. We do not hide from problems and we do not refuse a right that our own policies grant.

Buying from a store you have not used before takes a degree of trust. That is why our company details, state registration and contact information appear on every page of this site. There is nothing here we are trying to keep quiet.

We are early in this, and we are ambitious about it. We want to be the store a customer recommends to a friend, not because of a discount, but because the parcel arrived when it was supposed to and someone answered when she needed them to.
